Former first minister Nicola Sturgeon has told the COVID inquiry: "I was the first minister when the pandemic struck and part of me wishes I hadn't been."

She denied she used platforms including WhatsApp to have serious policy discussions and said she deleted messages but relevant information was all on public records.
