Police are on the hunt for a van driver after a woman was taken to hospital with "significant injuries" after a hit-and-run in the Scottish Highlands.
The 54-year-old pedestrian was struck by the vehicle in Brown Square, Dingwall, at around 7.40pm on Sunday.
She was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness for treatment.
Police Scotland said the driver failed to stop.
Investigating officers are appealing for those with information or relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.

Constable Eve King said: "It is vital we find out exactly what happened here as a woman has sustained significant injuries as a result of this crash.
"I am appealing to anyone with any information or who might have witnessed the collision to come forward."
