The couple, who married in May 2022, posted a series of pictures on Instagram in which Barker hugs Rocky by a Christmas tree and kisses him, while Kardashian is seen breastfeeding.

Earlier in Kardashian's pregnancy, Barker abandoned gigs in the UK and Ireland when his wife underwent "urgent foetal surgery".

Kardashian said in September she is "eternally grateful" to the doctors who saved her baby's life.

"I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear," she said at the time.

"I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."

Kardashian and Barker - who both have three children from previous relationships - took a break from IVF treatment ahead of their wedding in May 2022 and got pregnant naturally.

The 44-year-old reality TV star revealed the news of her pregnancy while Barker, 47, performed on stage in LA.

Holding up a huge sign with the words "Travis I'm pregnant" the star beamed and jumped up and down from the crowd.

The sign is a reference to the music video for Blink-182's 1999 hit All The Small Things, in which a woman holds up a sign reading the exact same.

They announced they were legally married in April last year, after holding a "practice" wedding hosted by an Elvis impersonator.
