They are on the guest list because of their connection with the Prince's Trust - and young people who have been helped by the charity will also be there.

Ant and Dec are currently hosting I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, but have been invited in their capacity as goodwill ambassadors for the trust.

They have hosted the charity's awards 10 times and are involved in a programme to make the media industry more accessible.

Declan Donnelly said: "We're incredibly proud to have partnered with the Prince's Trust on this project over the last two years - and we hope we can help change many more young lives together in the years ahead."

Singer Lionel Richie will also witness the King's big moment - the day before he performs at the coronation concert at Windsor Castle.

The US star is chairman of the trust's global ambassador group, which works on issues such as youth education and employment.

The Prince's Trust has supported more than a million young people in the UK since it was established 47 years ago and now works in more than 20 countries.

Another musician with a sought-after coronation ticket is Stereophonics singer Kelly Jones.

The trust gave the Welsh band a grant before they were signed so they could buy equipment and perform live.

TV magician Dynamo was also helped by the charity, getting advice and a start-up loan that helped him on the road to stardom.

"The Prince's Trust gave me the support no one else would and it changed my life - that's real magic," said Dynamo, real name Steven Frayne.

Vogue's UK editor Edward Enninful - one of the trust's global ambassadors - has also been invited, as has award-winning hairstylist Charlotte Mensah - whose 1999 loan helped her set up a salon in London's Portobello Road.

Among the young beneficiaries of the trust set to be at the coronation is Hassan Alkhawam, 24, who started a new life in Northern Ireland after escaping the Syria war with his family in 2017.

He will join more than 2,200 people at the Abbey, including representatives from 203 countries, heads of state and community and charity workers.

It's a significantly slimmed-down event compared with the more than 8,000 guests at the Queen's coronation in 1953.
