The 42-year-old reality TV star shared a selection of photos from the ceremony at the Little White Chapel on Saturday, showing her overseeing the event inside the 24-hour wedding venue.

She wrote: "I was so honoured to be able to officiate a wedding in Vegas!!! I couldn't be happier for you both."

Kardashian wore a lace-up black leather dress, matching the happy couple's all-black outfits.

She also shared a short video of country music superstar Shania Twain performing her 1997 hit You're Still The One to a small group of guests, calling her performance "magic".

Appleton also shared a series of photos from the night, with one appearing to show him and his new husband with matching tattoos on their ankles.

"What happens in Vegas," he wrote.

Another showed his mother, Jane, climbing into a private jet to celebrate with family.

Singer Katy Perry commented: "OMG for real I love this - also that photo of your mom on the PJ is the framer."

Kardashian commented on his post, saying: "The most fun night ever!!! Filled with so much love."

Celebrity hair stylist Appleton, 39, and The White Lotus star Gage, 27, confirmed they were in a relationship in February, commenting on each other's Instagram posts.

They later made their red-carpet debut together at a party in Los Angeles, reportedly becoming engaged in April.
