The YC100 is designed to promote the Yorkshire Coast, with six routes circling around Filey, Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Withernsea. Businessman Jim Grieve is walking the full 100 miles over five days, roughly 20 miles a day. Hear how he got on here! Head to www.routeyc.co.uk for more information.

Day one, and Jim is heading out of Easington. We discuss the diversity of the Yorkshire Coast, and how much more you can see on foot compared to when you're in a car. We also find out how Jim prepared for his mission.

It's day two, and Jim gives us his highlights of the Withernsea stage on day one. Today, Jim's heading towards Thornwick Bay.

It's day three, and today Jim is heading from Flamborough to Filey via Bempton Cliffs, with some truly stunning views!

Day four, and we review the Brid to Filey section, plus the route for today!

Day five, and the culmination of the YC100 walking down into Robin Hood's Bay and back out again!

Jim reflects on the five days, and reaching Staithes after many hours on the coast seeing amazing views, wildlife, flora and fauna.
