There are still some tickets remaining for productions in four East Riding Libraries of The Three Wise Women, presented by She Productions.

The production is a partnership between East Riding Libraries and local theatre company, She Productions. With original songs and themes inspired by workshops with the Polish Community Centre in Hull, The Three Wise Women centres around embracing the unexpected and adapting to the new.

Thanks to funding from Arts Council England, She Productions will be performing in libraries right across the East Riding.

Many performances have sold out, but there are still limited tickets available for Goole library on 2 December at 2pm; Driffield Centre on 11 December at 6pm; Pocklington Pocela Centre on 14 December at 5.30pm; and Bridlington North library on 16 December at 11am.

The perfect introduction to theatre for ages 4+, the show promises a fun and interactive experience for families, whilst remaining affordable. With eco-friendly set, props, costumes and themes, the performances are kind to the environment, too.

Meet 9 year-old Bobbie.

Bobbie collects Christmas tree decorations.

Bobbie likes it when things stay 'right-on-time'.

Bobbie has a new baby sister.

On this Christmas Eve, Beverley Westwood awaits its annual sledging tradition. Bobbie zooms down the hill with her cherished decorations safely tucked in her pocket. But all too soon her mother calls out, "We'd best get the baby home." In her haste, a frustrated Bobbie unknowingly leaves her three beloved decorations stranded in the snow.

As these three decorations embark on a magical journey of their own, they swap camels for cows, follow the stars, and even form feathered friendships with a band of litter-picking Magpies, but are they ‘Wise’ enough to work together to find their way home?

Tickets are £4.00 (babes in arms go free) and are available now at: https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/she-productions

The ticket price has been subsidised to bring affordable events to communities across the East Riding.
