Hornsea Town Council have announced plans for a shared moment of celebration and commemoration on the 80th Anniversary of VE Day.
The beacon will be lit at 9.30pm on Thursday 8th May 2025.
The public are invited to gather at the sea front, near the beacon, from 9.00pm onwards.
