Humberside Police attend more than 90% of incidents within target time

Over the past 18 months, Humberside Police have attended more than 9 out of 10 emergency incidents within the expected time – a national target measuring responses to life-threatening or serious incidents.

The average arrival time is 9 minutes and 52 seconds.

Humberside Police said:

“These figures show that, even when demand is high or situations are complex, we continue to provide a reliable and consistent service for everyone who needs us.

“Every call and incident is different, but our commitment never changes. From answering calls and coordinating resources to attending incidents on the ground, we work together to make sure help reaches people promptly and effectively.”

Superintendent Tim Harrison, Deputy Commander of the Force Control Room added:

“In an emergency, every second counts. Our teams work around the clock to make sure help reaches you quickly and that you’re not alone when it matters most.

”These results reflect the dedication and reliability of everyone across the force making sure our communities get the support they need, every single day.”
