The Men’s Tour of Britain cycle race comes to the East Riding on Friday 4th September.
It can be difficult to predict the speed the cyclists will complete the 198km route with tactics, weather and many other factors all influencing their pace.
Race organisers have issued the following estimated timings for the Holderness part of the route:
The riders leave East Park in Hull at 10.30am.
They’ll be in Hedon at around 10.50am, Keyingham at 11am and Hollym at 11.15am
You can see the riders head along Queen Street in Withernsea at around 11.20am.
They’re expected at Aldbrough at 11.45am.
See them on Rolston Road and Southgate in Hornsea at about midday.
They’ll be at Skipsea at 12.10pm.
The route then heads inland taking in Burton Agnes, Driffield and Wetwang. The race ends in Beverley at around 3.30.
