Hornsea Town Council has confirmed that Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology will be installed at the Cinema Street car park in Hornsea.
It will be fully operational from Wednesday 5th November 2025.
The current rules allowing three hours of free parking will remain unchanged.
