We’re at County Hall to talk about the importance of keeping healthy. Zoe Stevens is the Nurse Consultant for East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Public Health Team, and we discuss some of the extra precautions we took during the pandemic which are still good to practice now, as cases of flu rise in our hospitals. We also talk about the importance of taking up invitations for vaccinations when offered. Councillor Jonathan Owen also joins us, and talks about picking up some of the habits we formed during the pandemic again to help prevent the spread of viruses this winter.
