So, Seaside FM has just celebrated its second Birthday, and in the last 2 years many changes have taken place and many colourful characters have passed through its doors. Some went onto bigger and better things in radio, some moved away and others realised it just wasn't for them. With this in mind I couldn't resist taking a look back over 2 years of broadcasting to Holderness with a special birthday blog...

Brief History

There is going to be a change to the Full Fat Breakfast, there will be no features on the show but from 12 till 1 we will do requests. Time for a new blog and I thought I'd post something that might assist you in some way, so I thought i'd do another one of my cut out and keep guides, this time round it's my official guide to the latest internet craze... Twitter! (Cue: trumpets and fanfare!!)

Last night I had the priviledge of watching one of the most successful black recording artists Britain has ever produced perform live in Hull, it was none other than Leslie Sebastian Charles.... otherwise know as the legend that is Billy Ocean!

Sometimes I think my heads going to explode with the stuff going on in there, so here's another blog so i can share some of it with you. This week, the weird world of the wireless!

First off, Vixen 101 hit the airwaves last Saturday bringing a mix of community news, local issues and music to Market Weighton and surrounding areas. At the moment, the station is broadcasting live programmes at the weekend and is preparing to build a full weekday schedule.
